Flavor Profile & Tasting Notes: 

Graham cracker, butterscotch, red apple, honeysuckle, clove

Molasses, golden raisin, golden apple, toffee, orange zest, praline, cinnamon

Mashbill:

73% White corn, 10% Rye, 17% Malted barley

Finish:

Shortbread transitioning into candied orange peel, cacao nib and white pepper
