Return Policy

Returns

Our return window is 60 days. If 60 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we cannot offer you a refund or exchange - regardless of the issue.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the original packaging. Any tags must still be attached to the item. You must also have a copy of your original receipt. 

Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error will not be eligible for return.

Any item purchased online that is returned more than 60 days after the original delivery date will not be refunded.

Your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days. You will also receive an email confirmation.  

Non-Returnable Items

All spirits, food and beverage, and last chance items are final sale. 

If you receive an item that is damaged, please email shop@castleandkey.com. 

 

Failed Attempts of Spirit(s) Delivery

A signature is required for the delivery of orders containing spirits. After 3 failed attempts of delivery, the package will be returned to Castle & Key.

Guests will be refunded the price for the spirit(s), but shipping will not be refunded.

If your product is eligible for return, please email shop@castleandkey.com to receive instructions on how to return your item. 

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.
