Flavor Profile & Tasting Notes: 

Oatmeal raisin cookie, vanilla frosting, baked peach, candied pear, orange peel, lilac, soft cinnamon

Almond pastry, butterscotch, macaroon, baking chocolate, dried cranberry, craisin, clove, marigold

Mashbill:

73% White corn, 17% Malted Barley, 10% Wheat

Finish:

Raw brown sugar and roasted walnut leading into leather and french toast

108 Alc/Vol- 54.1%
